last night I made one month VIP subscription through the site of turbine, the transaction is successful and my account is passed to vip but in the game i was still not vip.
Since they were 3 am I thought it would not be changed until the next day nothing because of the late time.
Now in the turbine account my nickname turns out to be vip but when i go to log in the screen launch are always non-vip.
What should I do? if it helps I paid by credit card.
did you remove your card\cancel your subscription shortly after purchasing which is what a lot of people attempt to do to prevent being re-billed again?
if you remove your card or cancel your subsciption too soon your account will revert back to premium\f2p you must wait at least 24 hours preferably 3 days before cancelling or removing your card. so long as you remove your card or cancell your subscription before the next biling date and after 3 days you will not be re-charged
if you did not cancel\remove your card from the system and your account still reverts to premium\f2p you need to contact turbine support by rasing a ticket or phone

If you are over-seas and dont want to pay for international calling, you can always use Google Voice or Skype.
When you log into the game to the Character Selection screen, the account type is listed above the character list. It should say VIP if you have the VIP. You also have to log completely out of the game (closing launcher) and log back in after updating to VIP. The login server passes the account type (VIP, Premium, Free) to the game server when you log in. So the only way to update the game with an account change is to force a relog (which is why the game kicks you out when you revert back to Premium after VIP ends). Also, the update to VIP may not occur right away (although many times it does), and could be up to 2 hours under normal conditions. Relogging has to happen after the update to VIP propogates from teh account server to the login server.
Since enough time has elapsed, if you log in fresh now and it still doesn't show VIP on the Character Selection screen, then contact Account Management as Finglonger_UK suggested.

Two days later still nothing, the turbine has responded by saying that I was probably updated the wrong account and I was advised to cancel the current account to move it to another.
the problem that the account is correct and I can not understand why it does not work, also if the current account is deleted all the characters are no longer available.
in my account turbine my nickname is always vip. Now I'm waiting for a response from turbine.
I wonder if you're referring to the login screen that says free trial account. If so you can change this by going into your account and click on Edit Nickname. The free trial name on the login is a holdover and not related to whether you're vip. Your VIP status should be in the top right hand corner of your account when you log into that.
Turbine has solved the problem, now im vip. Thank turbine that was always fast and available in the responses, very good service and I thank everyone for the help.
