    New R15 BA skill

    This skill will be called Ranged Smite. Will do 10x your current Vital Target damage, with a similiarly boosted bleed at the end. So for my BA that would be 25,440 base damage and 1,350-1,930 on the bleed. Same 2 minute cooldown and induction time as VT would be nice , with a R16 trait reducing the cooldown by 120 seconds and the induction by 2 seconds.

    Once you count in mits, that's not so much damage

    That skill is already planned for minstrels.
