5 piece command set
I know that the incomming damage debuff from sure strike used to stack up to three times, but when grouping with multiple cappies that have the set, I am only seeing one debuff. Does anyone know if they changed it so it doesnt stack? Thx in advance.

Well noticed it too and created thread about it but no one answered. Hope it doesn't work as intended :P

It doesn't stack and I'm pretty sure it has never stacked (tested in early days of Update 6).
