Boy, it sucks so hard that only people getting a need, quest chain and a freaking Horse Session Play are those who spend $70 on the pre-order. Not $60, nor $40 and not Store versions unlocks that. I want to play as a freaking horse, keep the rewards if you wish to!
Does that session-play have anything to do with the level 75 Cargul people have reported seeing in the Trollshaws? The horse is level 75, and it seems the quest took you to the same area.

Looks like it (check the other thread), there also seem to be some level 75 Orcs in North Downs.
Re-ni-AN-nen - strayed (ppt. of renia- 'to stray')
Aeled Reniannen, Defender of Middle-earth ~ Nendhiniel, Forge-Warden : Captain and Wardenette from [EN-RP] Laurelin
Fluffrash, Blade of Barashish ~ Nathraen, Conqueror of Towers : Warg Puppy and Spider Tailor from the darker side thereof
Faradwen, Swift-Arrow : Huntress from [EN-RE] Landroval
As if in answer there came from far away another note. Horns, horns, horns. In dark Mindolluin's sides they dimly echoed. Great horns of the North wildly blowing. Rohan had come at last.

The quest takes you to the fallen black rider horse seen previously in Vol 1 Book 4. There were cargul in that area which attacked my horse, but I didn't pay any attention to what level they were.

I know. It looks like fun but $70 to do one quest is a pretty hefty price. :/
I'm doing the session play right now, and I had to pause and post. It may be the most majestic looking steed in the game right now, but good lord is it's jump animation goofy. I would say this horse is "stunted" in some way.
Edit - Having just finished the North Downs session, there doesn't seem to be any follow up, at least I can't find it. Anyone know what to do next?

Same here. Finished North Downs and that's it ... Eogar has timers on the quests so maybe that's what we're meant to do, just wait and repeat those quests over and over again till you complete the deed (need to do 60 things with the horse). But the Deed Log just says you get a cloak and title ...

So yeah, I'm stuck too.
Each day you'll have 2 new quests on your server, those can be different or not.
In Imladris I've done:

It seems the quests are per server. Until now all my characters got the same dailies and I haven't seen people doing different ones than mines.
