It's a chat program that lets you create a private or public voice chat channel, rooms with in the channel (can be password-protected), create and assign users with a few different privilege levels, ban users based on name or IP, and some other stuff. The max number of people in a server at one time is 200. Yes, 200. lol I can't imagine trying to be in a room with 200 people talking.
But I'm curious about the quality. It can't be worse than lotro's in-game voice chat.
I should add that I found that link when I went to gameservers.com, which is the host for a mumble server I use. I'm wondering if the gsc voice chat is anywhere close to mumble in terms of clarity.

I have recently started using C3, heard about it on some podcast, and I love it. It is free as well (I assume this GSC is too) and sounds just as good as TS or Vent. Also from what I can tell the quality doesn't take a hit when you get more than a couple users like Skype does. It's a viable option for completely free voice chat, and it has a pretty robust integrated chat and messaging system.
If you're looking for a free voice program I strongly suggest C3.
