Thread: Who will take up arms... err... frying pan... and try it?

Who has the courage to go to michael delving and buy a frying pan or some other hobbitty item that can be used as a weapon and find a non legendary javelin and waltz into RoFt2c or ToO t1? Challenge has been put out. will you accept?

I would try it. Most of our skills are tied to the Gambit system so what we have equipped shouldn't really matter I would think, right? I mean we could have a fish equipped for that matter. Ha ha. It would be funny to do a run with a frying pan though. Good idea!

Already did that pre-patch 6. - at least the full ToO T1 part (and Foundry and every 12-man-Skirmish out there)
It was silly how little difference our tanking legacys made... >_<

Also did Lightning T2 CM with a frying pan after the update (but with a legendary Javelin equipped).
Basically you are just missing the threat bonus and the inc.Heal from Relics - other than that you are still fine if everyone else in your Raid knows what to do.

PS: Sorry, did not take any screens, simply because it did not seem like any challenge at all back then - more like a testament to our ###### L.I.s =/

PPS: Once you are past the first 2 trash groups and the 1st boss in RoFT2c you should be totally fine as well. Normally when we run that instance we let a DD-specced champ "tank" the last boss while I go for Assailment to help with the minispiders - that even works with just 1 mini healing (=w/o cappy/LM) if the Champ is geared up. So it should be quite easy w/o any LI's ,just that you are missing alot of DPS on the spider then. (But then your group has to make up for that, so it's nothing that makes you stand out as "awesome", more like "your groups DPS are awesome" )
