It's Sapience first of all. Secondly, it is working fine for me. Perhaps you could try opening it in a different browser?

I clicked on it in your post and opened the launcher to be sure and it opened as well. As suggested above, perhaps a different browser? Or maybe there is something else going on with your machine? The launcher link should open Internet Explorer.

The only problem with our PC's is, that they are located outside of GB or USA, so the forum page by default uses the german or french language depending on the location of the PC for the settings. If i manually choose the USA or GB flag on the upper side the links to the lorebook are working fine. If i let it be german by default in my case, the links to the lorebook are not working.

Interesting. I'm going to assume it's trying to append the language to the end of the URL. That would make the URL invalid and thus fail. I'll pass this along to the web team.

What can I say...
Both FF and IE working perfectly...

edit: then again, I'm from the Netherlands
using the English version of patch-notes
