We are currently aware of an issue that occurs when using an Ultimate Game Card to get Turbine Points in the LOTRO Store. After trying to redeem the code, players will receive an error message that says, "The code entered could not be verified. Please try again or use another code.” However, the player will still receive the points.

The receipt that is usually displayed in the LOTRO Store will not appear. Players should receive a confirmation email saying the points were granted.
