today ive loged in after a few months of break . the game updated and when i loged in i saw my 75lvl LM became lvl 1!!
i thought it might be something with the graphics or w/e connected to the game and appeared in the 1st map where the dwarvs and the snow is... called "something, hall" dont remember.
doesnt seem to be a glitch cuz i cant pass this for some reason.
the hacking part sounds abit weird too cuz even if i was hacked.. how my lvl degraded to 1? O_o
Did you create a character with the same name on a different server? Your characters exist only the server you create them on.
It is hard for me to believe you got a character all the way to level 75 without knowing the name of the something-hall place that is 'the first map' to you. It makes me wonder what is going on with you.

everything is fine with me mate. as i said i was absent for few months and it really been ages since ive been on the low lvl maps.. specially unlike other ppl i pay minimum attention to the story-line resaulting me not remembering all this awefull strangely names .
about the other theory , no way, cause i had 2 chars.. the lvl 75 LM and a lvl 1 burg.. now theyr both lvl 1 >.<

Did you actually LOG IN as either of your characters? Does your LM have all his stuff? And are you absolutely SURE you logged in to the server you were playing on a few months ago?

What seems most likely is that someone accessed your account, deleted your LM, and created a new character with the same name. You can contact Customer Support and perhaps they can recover something, but it's unlikely.

Tell them your concern. Ask them to run a search on the deleted character base to see if there is a level 75 LM with that name in the database for your account and server.
Unfortunately, if I am right. The thievery and deletion occurred so long ago that you are outside of the reimbursement policy window. You have pay to have your level 75 restored. I would strongly suggest that you change your password. If you haven't changed your password. I am right. That means someone else out there that can access your account any time they want to.

That's what I find strange too, hackers normally just take the stuff and run or take the stuff and delete. I have never heard of recreating the characters, especially with the same class.
Because of this my money would still be on your are logging into the wrong account / server, as this is the problem in 99% of these cases.
As others have said: Change your password just to be sure and contact suppport.

Hackers will often spend a little extra time doing stuff they hope will cover their tracks. Or give them additional time to escape with their loot. By leaving the password unchanged. Creating a replacement LM. The thief has gotten you on a false path. Delayed the moment when you dial 911-Turbine - I am been robbed. Send a unit. Find the thief.
