No idea. It is a holiday in the USA today. A lot of systems and businesses are shut down. Or have reduced staff.
All I can suggest is try again later on. If the problem still exists Tuesday morning GMT-4. Contact the company you are buying the Turbine points from. Boku or whoever to find out what the problem is.

I have the same problem. I waste few days with waiting if something change. Still the same. Cann´t still buy any TP by mobile in my country (slovakia), but when i chose another country (for example poland, czech republi,..) to select - there its works.
In this times it work really good, i was buing TP only by mobile and i have no problems. And now when i need again buy some TP for few SMS, i can not. Dont know if Boku decided to support no mobile network from slovakia or whatever. Just need help or say where i have send some message for question about it? It´s Boku, paypass, turbine? I really dont know.
I would contact Boku directly. My guess is they are having trouble with trading
some currencies. They might be able to tell you what's going on and when,
or if, they'll be able to process your transactions.
