There is a Barter Exchange Trader in the 21st hall that will exchange Moria Medallions for tier 6 relics. I was happy to find him there because I didn't know what to do with all these Medallions I have accumulated.
Now I'm wondering if there are similar vendors in other areas that will do the same. I have a lot of the following and would like to know if I could put them to good use on my now, level 75 character.
I have Golden and silver Tokens of the Wild from Enedwaith.
I also have Lothlorien Gold leaves and silver Branches.
And Malledhrim Gold Star Emblems and Bronze feathers.
I don't believe any of those you mentioned (beyond the medallions) can be exchanged for relics.
I've been checking in the lotro wiki and don't see anything specifically relic related. I know there's a barterer in Caras Galadhorn where you can trade 15 Gold Leaves and 30 Silver Branches for a gift box specific to your class. You have a chance to get a relic from it, but no guarantees.
Yeah, I never have figured out exactly what all the tokens are fore. For example, I have on all my characters massive amounts of the bronze and silver tokens from Evendim. Also, I have tons of tokens of the north men, leaves and branches, vile coins, etc etc etc. In most cases, to get anything useful with those, you need to have Kindred with the various groups. Once you get Kindred in all cases, you've out leveled the gear and crafted stuff will be better.
So, I just have a wallet full of stuff that I never used or wanted to use. I wish I could get relics, or skirmish marks or something.
Many of these tokens are now bind-to-account instead of bind-to-character. I've been saving them for my lower-level alts.
As Shukar said one option is to save the tokens for your low level alts coming up.
Another option is to trade the tokens for consumables if available and then either use the consumables or sell them as vendor trash. At least you get a bit of coin that way. Some of the higher level consumables will also sell on the AH albeit not for a lot.
