i have a big problem,yesterday i was trying to get 990 points with my phone,i writed the number but i've wrong line (Wind) i'm Tim,so now everytime i try to buy tp he always say the same thing "we've sended a mess....." how can i make a new request or change line? pls i'm rly getting bored of this ..

Still, I can recommend sending a ticket to billing support rather than just asking here on forums.
