    Hello
    i have a big problem,yesterday i was trying to get 990 points with my phone,i writed the number but i've wrong line (Wind) i'm Tim,so now everytime i try to buy tp he always say the same thing "we've sended a mess....." how can i make a new request or change line? pls i'm rly getting bored of this ..

    Hi. I'm not entirely sure what that means.

    Still, I can recommend sending a ticket to billing support rather than just asking here on forums.

    (possibly the right place is here: http://support.turbine.com/ics/suppo...?style=classic but not entirely certain)
