Thread: Help: Burg Dagger Legacy

I just got a new level 75 2 age Dagger for my burglar.
I was hoping it would turn out to be a good dagger for instance/raiding, as i already got a gambler dagger for solo content.
I still see myself as a "new" burglar and i don't always know whats good for me



I like to think of it as a "good" dagger, all the legacies were spot on from reforge, all but that one minor.

So i was thinking of just replacing it with Agi, unless there is a minor legacy that is more important for a QK burg?

I haven't done much raiding outside Draigoch, and only just starting up.

wouldn't waste too much time or effort on a 2nd age....go with what you like /need!

I went with keeping lucky strike and replacing SS crit with Subtle dmg,
cause i found out even in 70/70 the 750 points would not be enough to max everything,
so keeping lucky strike so i can "respec" the weapon for Gambler if i want.

Reducing the cost by half, cause i otherwise would have go tier up another weapons Lagacies for Gambler build :P

With the addition of starlit crystals the dps of a second age is much more comparable with a first age. You need to decide what role you intend to play with the raid? Do u intend to stick with gambler?

I generally play QK in raids as I can still cc whilst providing good DPS, either way you should defo look to have your capstone lendary supported on your weapon for reduced cd. I'm not a big fan of bleeds so have opted for SS from stealth, crit dmg, subtle stab dmg, IFA cd, trick range and agi.

Bleed Dmg and CA stack make more sense on a Gambler weapon for me where CA would/could replace SS in your rotation.

Other useful legacies worth considering for swop ins are riddle range and small snag cd, A lot of burgs don't appear to enjoy the capstone Quite a Snag. However a combination of this and Aoe dust/twist can be extremely useful when dealing with T2 trash in ToO.

Subtle stab damage legacy is an absolute must for a good dps rotation.

If i had 5 gold i would run with

FA CD
Pos sup strike from stealth ( Bear in mind this also affects your Faint attack Suprise strike)
Subtle Stab Critical Multiplier
Critical response skill damage
Suprise strike critical rating

imho.... each is different. Solid QK dps Burglars will not use Bleed damage or CA stack chance and will most litley not have it traited either as its not even in their dps rotation.

This. Bleed damage is comparable when you're able to use it, but too often you're not... so skip it.
