Thread: Something Odd Happening With One Account - Cannot Load Chars in Bree or Quick Travel

Very Odd. I can load my VIP chararacters fine that are in Bree, and can quick travel there fine. But I was playing my Prem account and lost internet connection. And now cannot load ANY characters that were saved in Bree. Was able to load my char in Celondim fine. Until I tried doing a quick travel to Bree. It would not load Bree, and then booted the account from the game. So now she can't be loaded either.

I am able to load a character fine on Gladden that was saved in Bree. It just seems to be happening on Firefoot.

What can I do if they cannot be loaded at all now, they are all saved in Bree, and also I am premium on that account.

If you can, see if you can log in from a different computer? It is possible that a data file for the bree area is corrupted and wont load correctly. If you can log in on a different computer, then do a clean install on your machine. I've had to do it twice in the last month. I had invisible Guardan in Forocel, that I couldn't even target. Then today, I had a section of my face vanish and not allow me to log in. The fresh install fixed it both times.

I had a similar problem a few weeks (maybe months, I don't keep track) ago, but I couldn't load ANY toon, no matter where I had saved them. This happened to both my VIP and F2P accounts. After a few days of talking to Turbine techy people, I ended up having to uninstall LOTRO then reinstall it. Since then it's been fine.
