My computer runs LotRO on Low and PvMP on Very Low. My laptop runs LotRO on Medium or High and PvMP on Medium or Low. Is that good enough to play GW2? I dunno how to check my specs.

Right click on My Computer desktop icon and click on properties. There you will find a listing of your specs.

Alternatively, you can type 'dxdiag.exe' into the Search field in the Start menu.

Without telling us the specs, we will not be able to opine on the performance issues.

As for the minimum system specs for GW2, you can see them in the FAQs.
