Trying to log into my old VIP account an it appears to be gone. I got the VIP status via a collectors edition originally from codemasters which I transfer here with little problems some time back. Now though as stated the account appears to be gone. Please help.

According to your forum join date, you are posting from what could be a migrated Codemasters account because it has a June, 2011. You obviously know the Turbine account name and the current password. Have you tried to log into the game with your account? If so what did you find missing? Hopefully you tried installing a copy of the Turbine Lotro software. A doubt a Codemasters installation set do you any good.
I noticed that you posted back in June, 2011 in this: http://forums.lotro.com/showthread.php?403597-migration
thread using this same account about migration problems with your Life Time Account (LTA). That post indicates to me that you should have another Turbine account that holds your LTA. Do you remember your other user id and password? Hopefully you got that one migrated.

Unless stated otherwise, all content in this post is My Personal Opinion.
not 100% clear on which account your actualy talking about here, whether you have a former codemasters account or an old turbine account or whats happening here but
it is possible you have 2 turbine accounts 1 which was manualy created and 1 which was created during the migration process.
assuming you migrated your old codemasters account sucessfully ie you managed to logon to your old codemasters account after the migration.
you need to makesure you logon to lotro with the account you created as part of the migration process, not an account which was manualy created
if you did not migrate your account during the 6 month period the migration process was available then your old codemasters account is no longer accessable, there is nothing turbine can do to help you
if you started the migration during the migration process and the migration did not complete you could try contacting turbine support and asking if they can help.. they should already have your personal details and everything assuming you managed to start the migration process
if you previously had a turbine account which had your ViP status you need to logon with your old turbine account not the account created during the migration
if you have multiple accounts with turbine and are not sure which account holds your lifetime account turbine support should be able to help you find which account you need to logon to

Oki to hopefully shed a little light here I have 3 Turbine accounts in total, 2 ftp lotro accounts and one VIP account. This account I am posting with now was created last year in order that I could post about the migration problem and only has one char on it on snowbourn it shows as " nonvip " in the launcher menu. As is the second account which also shows as " nonvip " in the launcher menu and also only has one char on snowbourn server.
The VIP account has multyple chars on multyple servers from codemaster servers before the migration. when I log into the support section shows no lotro account at all which is wierd as I did the migration successfully and have played on that account since, in fact the last login was in december 2011. Also I just phoned a friend who has my chars on her friends list and the chars are still on the list and so I know the account still exists or I think the char names would be gone.
Now the forums back up I will go to support section and see what transpires from that, thanks for replys btw. I was posting here to see mainly if a flurry of posts appeared saying " its ok its a known bug they will fix it "
You will have to contact Turbine account management directly for any questions your account(s). Finglonger_UK provided all the information how to go about it. If you are logging all your accounts you can't find your LTA account, the typical cause is the customer has forgotten an account. Account Management can find all your accounts via your stored personal information. Ask them to search for your account.

Just to update and say a huge thank you to all replys but especially to Turbine Support who were prompt and fantastic to say the least. The account was not hacked or suspended, it was just me being a forgetful old fart
