    Resistance: Physical

    Hey LMs,

Not sure if this has been covered or not, but since our book legacies have changed to only include damage/debuff/fire skills, do any of these actually affect Blinding Flash?

And on a side note, why is BF's resistance physical, isn't that a little archaic?

It's a physical effect caused by blasting powder.

    Re: Resistance: Physical

Blinding Flash is covered by Debuffing Skills (it's a renamed version of the old -physical resistance legacy).

As for the resistance types, doesn't really matter one way or the other. Afaik there's 4 different resistance types that affect how much chance a mob has to Resist a tactical attack (yeah, the re-use of terms doesn't make it easier). There seems to be a small difference based on the typical use, from hard to easy to resist it seems to be Song, Physical, Tactical and Cry, where Song and Physical are mostly used for debuffs (so it's better if they don't Resist too often), while Tactical is a mix and Cry is used for damage and taunts.

Certain Resistance:Physical skills we have, can be used when Silenced, I think that's one of the reasons there actually here
