And u saying they working as intended? For me its clear what loot qualiry droped slightly after U7 same way as when they was bugged. Please dear GM if u have time post here if boxes bugged or not,( and if they re any upcoming fix incoming) will take only few moments for u. Thanks.
Captain buff bug should be fixed in this patch, but due to the way patch notes are compiled it was not listed. Please re-/bug the issue if it is not fixed when Bullroarer comes back up.
Just to update, I finally managed to get some free time and log onto Bullroarer. Much to my chagrin, I found that the Captain buff bug has been remedied, but not entirely fixed. I did a little bit of testing myself, and realized that it is still impossible for a Captain to refresh his tactic buff and the tactic buffs of others if the buff itself is of higher rating than the Captain can provide.
For example, a +1500 crit rating from Relentless Attack cannot be refreshed by a captain who only possesses a +900 crit rating. This can be both an advantage and a disadvantage for Captains. On the plus side, it will be difficult for Captains to overwrite a buff with a lesser buff. Unfortunately, in circumstances where they must, they're going to run into the same issue that we currently face with Update 7.
I can think of at least one instance where this might occur. When running Draigoch, my captain is sometimes required to stay on the top level of the instance to heal the tank while the rest of the group helps DPS claws on the bottom two levels. During this time, I often ask a captain in the other group to rebuff my fellows if their tactic buffs are close to running out.
I only bring this up because I don't think anyone would complain if the system was changed so that the application of a tactic buff refreshed the time remaining on the buff, but kept whichever buff had the higher rating. In fact, I'm quite confident that this is indeed how the tactic buffs worked a few years back, as my kinmates and I would often joke about lower level alts maintaining a high-tiered buff from the early levels all the way up to level cap (which was only 65 at the time). Perhaps this was the reason the system was originally changed, but I such a task would be too difficult to maintain for it to be game-breaking.
In any case, I /bugged this on Bullroarer but I don't expect them to change much before the patch goes live, which is really a shame. With more and more folk getting Second and First Ages, as well as the rating changes with these new Starlit Crystals, I expect to see a lot of Captains running around with different ratings on their weapons/buff weapons. When that does happen, it would be nice to know that the devs are giving captain buffs (and the way that they are applied) an in-depth look instead of just a quick glance over.

Thank you very much. I don't think I can explain how important it is to know you know of these problems. No need even for an ETA, we just want to know that you all know and that they're being worked in some sane fashion, i.e. prioritized based on cost/benefit and risk to the overall solution.
Has any consideration ever been given to having the Known Issues post kept up to date and inclusive? It's pretty aggrivating as a long time player to not know what is and isn't on your radar.
Ideally that post would be on the front page and EASILY found. And then updated and maintained as known issues came up. It would really be a huge win from this players perspective.
