Here's a vote to fix the Captain buff bug. PLEASE. I'm sick of
having to buff everyone twice to refresh. Was only Capt in a 20
man moors raid, amount of clicking to rebuff folks wasn't pretty.
Didn't see fix in release notes, to my disappointment.
Has there been any dev response to the captain bug? I was hoping for a fix to the champion Swift Blade animation, which was swapped for Blade-wall's, which is a pretty substantial nerf to our AoE dps output. We've had no dev response yet, so I assume they don't know about it yet despite the threads and bug reports as they were fairly quick to fix that mini animation swap.
At least the Great River weapons are getting fixed.

Re: 7.1
Captain buff bug should be fixed in this patch, but due to the way patch notes are compiled it was not listed. Please re-/bug the issue if it is not fixed when Bullroarer comes back up.

Pity. It's a shame that you get 65 seals for doing draigoch, but dont get a comparable amount of seals for completing a T2 orthanc wing (Think its 32? non-deeded for locks 1-3?)

That's an itemization problem.
Thanks for clarifing xRaina.
in the same time for one draigoch raid you could do 2 wings in orthanc. i would say the loot is a bit better there.
Hey, thanks for fixing the Gauntlets of Perseverance. Guess I need to change my sig now!
When I jump into BR, I'm gonna bug Sidhrin from T1 Shadow. I recently noticed that it needs the same treatment the Gauntlets of Perseverance got: has 6 stat doses like its a purple item where it should have 7.

i guess is done like that to make people go on making draigoch, because otherwise beside the cloack why do it ? i mean jewellery you can get almost same in others ini or even in orthanc or rep with rever map.
Soo personally i think is smart getting soo much seals there people will go on making it not for the loot but for it soo help nabs in there.
All Burglar and Champion Legendary Class items can no longer be upgraded with Star-lit Crystals. Any Champion and Burglar Legendary Class Items on which Star-lit Crystals were used will retain the bonuses even though the Legendary Item will not display that it has been upgraded.
What this mean ??? all classes but champ and burg can use fragments?
In Update 7 Turbine announced that Star lit crystals cannot be used on champion runes and burglar tools. In fact, they could be used on SOME items (I think third agers). This new change now seems to erase that possibility as well.
The greater issue here seems to be that runes/tools were bugged from the start, as they still have the same incoming healing rating at lvl 75 that they had at lvl 65. Problem is, the same rating will result in less incoming healing effect on a level 75 character compared to a level 65 character.
Assumption:
As incoming healing is not a decisive factor for Burgs and champs, the improper rating issue was left to lie to get updated (or not) with the new stuff in the next expansion. Upgrading via crystals was to be disabled in the meantime. Turns out they were not thorough. Quelle surprise!
Alas, we get no information on this. It is interesting to see however how this issue (a practical nerf to the legendary item, admittedly not a critical one) has slipped under the Radar of the whole Champion+Burglar community for ~9 months now. Instead of connecting the dots (myself included), people were instead glad that it wasnt so necessary to upgrade the lvl 65 class items.

Thanks for the nice explanation Vandervahn, i was really sad cause i tought that they removed the possibility to upgrade my
weapons with the Star-lit crystals
The change is intended. It already "got fixed" into the current state. Read the last patch notes. Some idiots got their way.
This is all I see:
Tactical Mastery was added to the Westfold Rune of Power and the Great River Rune of Power.
Is that what you're referring to?
If so.. then why aren't the Westfold and Great River gems of Charity ''fixed" the same way? The Great River Gem of Charity is +164 Tactical Mitigation +730 Tactical Mastery Rating and +264 Maximum Power.
What a boneheaded thing to do :-/ There's a nice big tactical mastery gem for casters but they removed the big physical mastery rune for melee/ranged... how nice of them.
They came from different directions. The gems of charity always had a strong +outgoing healing rating. The runes of power were a lower value of +melee, +ranged and +tactical offense
Update five consolidated that into physical and tactical mastery. The decision was made to remove the tactical mastery from the then-newly released Westfold, and later Great River, Runes of Power, and gave them a stronger physical mastery component in return. Likely because the Gems of charity now gave both strong tactical offense and outgoing healing. The lvl 60 and 65 runes of power still had both masteries to not upset anyone that had already made those before.
Then, a multitude of idiots showed up that complained about the removal. Some had even already melded these runes of power assuming, against better judgement, that the tactical mastery was bugged away and cried bloody murder when THEIR errror was not corrected by Turbine.
And thats (apparently) why the gems of charity remained untouched while the runes of power were nerfed down for physical classes.

And why wasn't Physical Mastery Added to the Great River Gem of Charity?
I would LOVE tactical mitigation on a relic for my hunter and burglar. They need it. Power too. But Nope, more tactical mit to the casters with all their vitality on every other piece of armour and jewellery, while I feel like I dig to the bottom just to get a tiny bit of tact mit on my agi users.

This is beating a dead horse at this point, but can the devs really not give us anything? The thread in the champion forum has been up for some time now with no response to it. Can you let us know whether this was working as intended or infact bugged? I don't even wanna trait this and I hate it so much that I hardly even wanna run ardour in Foundry nowadays because of it. The devs worked so hard to make Ardour useful and now they are crippling a trait for it. Just let us know so we can get on to accepting it or start patiently waiting for its fix and stop wasting our precious time /bug-ging it instead of killing mobs, bosses, and creeps.

I do not have an ETA, but we do know about these issues and are working on fixes for them both.

We're looking into the variety of sound issues people have been reporting. We are aware of all of the different issues people have had in this respect and looking into each different issue. I have no ETA on a fix, but we're aware of the problem.

Do we have an ETA on the hunter's split shot bug? Once oils are applied induction time and damage are decreased. It also renders the 3 piece Faron set bonus useless because crits arn't registering when oils are applied.
