On an online discussion forum, netspeak is expected and allowed although some frown upon it. Lower case where you would expect upper case is certainly a part of netspeak, along with emoticons, abbreviations, etc.

Theres up to 30+ freeps now and they rolled TR tyrant in litterally 22 seconds.
