Can anyone please upload this file.. I am getting this error while installing the game.. I have downloaded the game through pando for like 6 times with the same damn error ..

You may want to try downloading the game as a ZIP file rather than using Pando.

I tried that but when I extract the zip, it throws up a bunch of CRC Errors and when I just ignore and try to install... I get the same type of error .. but this time, it is client_cell2.dat .. Really want to play this game but I just need the client Are there any working torrents ?

There is only two free downloads.

The torrent by Turbine which is a closed community BIT torrent using Pando Media Booster as the custom P2P client that will only operate on Turbine's Lotro software.

Or the standard FTP download available via FilePlanet.

If you having this kind of issues, the downloads are being corrupted due to errors that are local to your home network or ISP. Unless you can resolve these issues, you are probably out of luck via a download.

Some people have these issues because their PC can not deal with the size of Lotro. Both the massive size of the installer and the huge size of some of the files. Other people have problems with their anti-virus software modifying the installer as it is downloaded thinking that there is a virus or trojan inside the installer.

That would mean you need to get a set of installation media. This particular starter pack:

is on sale at the moment. Other alternatives are:

1) Having someone else download the installer. Copy it to a thumb drive or DVDs.

2) Copy someone's else installation and run the register program to set Lotro up.

3) Find someone with a set of installation media that will loan you the discs.

With a 10 gigabyte installer and files some of which are 4 gigabytes in size, it is hard to find people with that will host the files. If you go this route, it is easy to get into the situation where someone uploaded a "modified" file to contain unpleasant parasites.
