I had a F2P account to start with, but I just purchased the Rise of Isengard Legendary Edition. From. The LOTRO store and got elevated to a premium account. From what I have read, I understand that I now have access to all the quests and deeds in Ered Luin, the Shire, Bree-Land and the Lonelands (premium account) as well as to all the quests and deeds in Dunland, Gap of Rohan, Nan Curunir, Trollshaws, Eregion, Moria, Lothlorien and Mirkwood. I now also have access to the Isengard Expansion.
What I would like to know is what expansions or quest packs am I missing and should purchase now.
I have to echo Evendim. This is a great area, with plenty of experience and good, logical quests. It says its for levels 32-40, and I started there at 32 but reached 40 with my hunter before I even got into the big city of Annuminas, which I understand is pretty awesome. All in all, Evendim is fun. Even Oatbarton (where I started Evendim) at least provided tons of experience for the hobbit-quests. These were the only annoying quests because I don't like Shire quests, but I enjoyed it anyway because I went up one and a half levels just in Oatbarton.
I haven't moved on to Angmar/Forochel yet, but I do believe that is where you need to round out the 40s like was stated above. I have also heard that Angmar was the original End Game, so parts of it can be pretty tough. Just rumors - nothing I can confirm
Evendim, and definitely one of the lvl 40-50 quest pack's. It absulotly sucks to go to Erigion at 43, so buy either Misty Mountains, or Forechel, you could get angmar but I am personally waiting until it's instances get scaled.
It's very encouraging to me to hear so many recommendations for Evendim. I remember when it was first released how badly everyone hated it, especially with constantly having to swim back and forth across the lake from Tinnudir to wherever you needed to be. The revamp must have really helped. Since I have 3 alts to run through there, that's a good sign.
Well, maybe not exactly this. Angmar is still a rough ride to solo, depending on your class. And Forochel doesn't butt up straight into the end of Evendim unless you seriously milk every available drop of sweet XP nectar out of Annuminas.
My 38-46 route runs from Annuminas through eastern Trollshaws (Echad Candelleth and Rivendell hubs) and then into either the Misties or Forochel, depending on my mood. Of the two, I'd mostly recommend Forochel unless someone is a serious lore dork and would love to head down down down to Goblin-town.
Trollshaws doesn't have many quests but the Tal Bruinen/Echad Candelleth area is a real stand-out - it's lots of fun, will give you a couple of levels after Evendim, and has the best armour/jewellry set for that level in the game - even better than the crafted ones.
Misty Mountains simply doesn't have enough content to warrant being a first purchase, so go with either Angmar or Forochel. I love them both, especially love Angmar, but it's very much a love it or hate it zone - the epic will take you up there around level 42, as will the letters in your level 40 box, so have a look around and see if you like it - if not, Forochel is an excellent solo zone and has some nice quest rewards, too. There is plenty of solo content in Angmar, but there's also a lot of group content since it was the old end-game. You can get from 40-50 there solo, though. So it's really a matter of preference.

The Isenguard Expansion consists of Dunland, the Gap of Rohan, and the Isenguard instances. I thought you also have the Misty Mountains as part of the Path of the Fellowship pack, but I could be wrong.
I also recommend Evendim. It picks up right around the level when the Lonelands content leaves you, and is now an interesting and well-designed zone that will take you to 40.
There is some level 40 content in the Trollshaws but not enough to get you to 48 for the Eregion content. You might want to get Angmar or Forochel, but you can decide when you've reached 40. (Maybe there will be a sale!)
