Just curious to see what other classes you folks enjoy for alts.
For myself, I've been playing for about a month now when I have spare time. Being new to online games in general, I picked a Guardian to start because it was basic, and it's been fun so far (lv20). I know the toon's still young, but I've been really liking how defensive guards are.
Tried a Minstrel but don't know if it's my thing. Recently rolled a Burglar alt and she's a bunch of fun as well. Had trouble at first, haha. After playing a Guardian who could run up to stuff and take a beating, I had to adapt to sneaking and waiting for the moment to strike.
Right now I don't have time to really play for hours on end, so I've mostly been solo play. I've considered trying out a Captain as well. Seen a few running around so far, and it's been tempting.
I'm a runekeeper at heart, but love bringing sneaky pain to mobs as well
The burg was my second capped character after I grouped with one that did amazing things.
My main is a Loremaster, and my secondary a Captain. My Burglar was the third to hit 75 - it's a nice change of pace from being almost purely support, and soloing as one with decent gear is tons of fun.
Oh man, I think I play about every class. Except for Rune-keeper and Hunter. I tried Hunter out, but was a fail. I'm mainly Minstrel, though. That class has grown on me.
Burglar being my main character, I have two "alts" who are almost just as close to my heart as the Burglar.
First one is the Warden. I like the play style of a Warden, being quite different in comparison that to a Burglar, I still find it very enjoyable.
The second one is the Rune-Keeper, it felt a natural choice and it also sort of completed the circle, being ranged and having the ability to both DPS and heal
Very nice, you guys. I always love hearing what others find fun to play. I'll admit I tried out my Minstrel again the other day, and I'm beginning to enjoy that class as well.
I'm free to play, but I did give in and purchased the Warden class. Only level 14 right now, but so far I think it's my favorite. Reminds me of some old brawling games I used to play with combos to pull off moves, haha. Some nice travel options (not quite as good as Hunter though), and they just look pretty cool.
