    Instance/Skirmish Help?

Can someone either write up for me, or direct me to, a guide for skirmishes and instances? By instances I mean Great Barrows, Garth Agarwen, etc. I just hit 20 with one of my characters and wanted to run some skirmishes and stuff for marks to get some neat equipment I was looking at. Also, could someone explain the best way to acquire the different level of currency, i.e. medallions and seals? Thanks in advance for any help...

Here are a couple of links to get you started with Skirmishes:

    http://lorebook.lotro.com/wiki/Arbal...to_Skirmishing
http://massively.joystiq.com/2009/12...irmish-system/ (a little out-dated, but hopefully still helpful)
    http://lotro.mmorsel.com/2010/08/get...kirmishes.html

I'm sure there are tons of guides out there. A quick google of Great Barrow strategy I'm sure will produce some results (but will probably contain spoilers too)

In terms of earning medallions and seals, seals are for "end game" or for lvl 75 players and they only come from skirmishes and instances around lvl 75. But as you skirmish you will earn marks and as you progress in lvl and difficulty of the skirmish you will earn more medallions.

I hope that helps! Best of luck.

I'd say the easiest way to pick up marks from 20 is to do the daily Siege of Gondamon skirmish.
You can jump into it solo from anywhere, run it at level, and get enough rewards to keep your
soldier leveled and happy without having to run it very often.

As far as learning the Great Barrow instance, when you see a group forming, send the group leader
a tell and let them know you're new to it and trying to learn. Make sure you're set up so you can
at least hear voice. Most groups are happy to pull in folks who want to learn. If they're doing a
speed run or whatever, no loss.

And seals are an endgame currency only. You will neither need them nor get them for anything until you close in on the level cap.
