Thread: VIP lost after 4 days

Situation : Subcribed -> 3month -> paypal -> done , VIP up (tough i can cancel for no renewals now) -> 4days later VIP lost -> Checking Paypal doesnt show any payments -> Subcribed again -> awating if i get anything in payment history

Basicaly my question for now is :
1. Its there delay between Subscription - Paypal payment ? (should it be showed in paypal history? no clue on preaproval payments)
2. If i messed up something and got charged and lost VIP , do i have some options to solve it ?

The same type of thing happened to me. I payed with a game-code because my credit card failed. But a couple hours later I got booted from the server. It said non-VIP when I tried to log back in.

Wait until it shows on your payment history before cancelling. Turbine seems to take a long time to clear the money. If your subscription is cancelled before the payment clears, you will lose VIP access. Just try again and wait a bit longer this time around before cancelling.
