Thread: Deeds without region?

I'm a F2P, and i have an interesting question. Until now i didn't get access to a region's deeds, if i didn't have the region, but as i went to MoM for the first time (i bought it in lotro store), i got an Eregion explore deed.
Is it possible to get other region's deeds, without the region? And can i do all the deeds in those regions, or just the explore ones?
It would be good, if i could do it, cause it would help increase the virtues.

Without a questpack, you only have access to these deeds:
-all Ered Luin Deeds (including Sarnur)
-all Shire Deeds
-all Breeland Deeds (including Barrow Downs)
-all Lone Lands Deeds
-Eregion Explorer Deed, Tham Mirdrain Instance Deeds
That's those I know of.

all the above are true and you can get all the deeds for Great River without buying the quest pack

The reason that two Explorer Deeds in Eregion (note, it's only two deeds, not all explorer deeds) are open to everyone is that those two are apparently part of a Hunter Class Quest, and the class quests are free for everyone

Also, Moria Goblin-Slayer and Orc-Slayer (just first half, not the advanced ones) are free, because they are required to proceed with the Epic. Such exceptions exist, but are rare indeed.
