As I am playing I am noticing that there are a number of large and well established kins, but there are a lot of smaller kins and their members have a hard time to find raid and even fellowship groups.
Players in these kins do not want to leave their friends and keep on their cosy kin, so I am thinking in gathering ideas of how small kins can help each other in raiding form.
Some sugestions:
1) Small kin day: A week day where small kins get together for raid and instance stuff;
2) Create a channel for small kins (lets say for members of any kin with less than 40 characters level 75).
3) Kins that advertise that channel commit to help members of other kins in the channel.
If u like the idea send a in game mail to me to discuss the idea.

Even some rank 10 kins, like mine, have trouble filling raids when real life stuff means people aren't around. That's why Winfar from Redux (my kin) posted back in March looking to get together informally with other kins who wanted to do raids/instances but couldn't find the numbers to do as much as they wanted to.
The response at the time was limited, and we've since formed a new alliance and built relationships with friends that we often play alongside.
If however, there were interest from smaller kins on Gilrain Redux is still very open to the idea of teaming up with other kins (more fun in game, sounds like a win win situation!). Mail me in game to have a chat and I'll tell you more about what we already do
