    Cool Tactical Mastery and Tactical Outgoing Healing

    HI All,

    Can anyone share any insight into the above regarding the formula for the % Tactical Outgoing Healing versus your Tactical Mastery value ?

    I know how the Tactical Mastery number is calculated but it seems to me that the Tactical Outgoing Healing % is a non linear value?

    All I know is approx. 27.5k mastery caps outgoing, that's what I require of my healing toons, no point of anything less then capped outgoing if your a healer IMO, too easy to accomplish.

    With certain traits you can over cap outgoing healing on certain skills as well. The Limlight Gorge Faction Jewelry make the cap easy to reach too.
