    Question Blood of Fire Question

I've been looking at the differences Champion's "Exchange of Blows" and Orc's "Blood of Fire", and I have a question because I cannot actively test BoF myself (I don't creep).

Before I go on, I would like to clarify that this is NOT a thread about balance between the two, it is merely a question about mechanics I would like answered so I may better myself as a player

    Ok, so, BLEEDS.
I've checked and confirmed several times that bleeds of any kind are not reflected by EoB (traited to include shadow + fire damage), though I've noticed in some fights that reavers are reflecting my rend/deep strikes. I'm not asking if this is WAI, just if it's a correct observation. I just don't wanna trait deep strikes against reavers if they'll end up reflecting more damage back at me xD

If you're losing in a legit fight to a reaver....you're doing it wrong

Ranked reavers can still win if they can properly turn and kite when needed. It just takes a higher caliber player.

Also deep strikes bleed DOES NOT reflect damage on to yourself from the reaver/defiler. Only direct hit damage does, so skills + auto attacks do. The best way for you to combat the reflect is a 2h weapon (less hits, less reflects), and hit them hard (have a decent amount of might/PM).

I didn't say I was. How does that relate to my post at all? I was hoping a reaver could simply answer my question. Or a defiler for that matter.

Thank you for actually answering the question

If the champ is equally skilled but likes to use his cooldowns the reaver won't win.

But yeah, I read somewhere that having a 2H for a champ is much better because dual weilding hits more times (auto attacks too) which means you are getting hit more.

It's usually in 1v1 circles that I even consider this, meaning no bubbles/athelas/direneed.

Anyway, I've always used a 2h so now worries there, was just curious about the mechanics of the reflect. I know it doesn't make that big of a difference, but every bit counts

Well it's 46 per hit I think, unaffected by mits. So you hit a creep 10 times and you lose 460 morale. If its a tough, long fight then it will make a difference.

Yeah, back in the day before I started using 2h sword when reaver fights were neck and neck every single time, I did a parse on damage and the reflect did nearly 2k damage on me...That was hands down the reason for switching 2h and I've never looked back.
