Thread: U7 Do Not Fall to Winter in Saruman fight

Last night I ran Saruman for the first time since Update 7 went live, healing on my RK. In the past I have had good results using Do Not Fall to Winter to mitigate the group damage from the frost AE from the center Saruman. Last night it looked like it wasn't triggering at all.

I did /bug it, but wondering if anyone here has checked since U7.

I am surprised you actually got it to work before U7. I have not experienced any of the special attack being mitigated by dnftx.

Whilst I am here, the 3 ToO healing set's 3rd bonus to woh to apply armour rating does not work for Rousing Words when that applies a writ.

This might not be a bug as much as a typo: iofe does not grant -10% for group members, only to self. Instead it grants 8%.

This is an old one in instanced content that are meant to be high above the surface, the RoR falls through the floor.

You should not have been getting any results with DNF in the Saruman fight, all attacks by the center one are Light damage, despite the animations. The only thing dealing frost damage is the frost clone, so any mitigations off the center attacks come from the frost one triggering the tac mit buff.
