I've had the game since pre-order. I've been a VIP for a couple of years and have bought every expansion/update. Now after 7 it tells me I'm non-VIP and premium. Excuse me?
Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a resolution?
Thanks for your prompt attention.
(I'd also posted this to Technical Support, but thought this could be more appropriate.)
Sounds like your last renewal of your subscription failed. Your account dropped from VIP to Premium. Did you get a new credit card? Forget to update your account for the new number or expiration date?
If you can't figure it out, you will have to contact Turbine account management directly. Either via a phone call using your nickel. Or put in an email ticket via the support site.

On https://myaccount.turbine.com page it doesn't list anything I have purchased since 2007. It does indicate a sign-up date of April 2007.
I had just purchased the one-year subscription at the beginning of May. I'd turned off automatic renewal of the three-months at a time subscription. My subscription plan indicates it expires 5/3/2013. Even though it says Premium on the Turbine page.
I clicked on upgrade, but of course I don't have all of the product keys for Moria, Mirkwood, Isengard, etc. I believe I have the Mithril Edition product key in a saved email. What would I have to do to get all of this restored?

That is because your account is Premium. The ability to see what you purchased is a VIP perk. Sometimes, I really wonder what Turbine was thinking. All they had to do is leave the functionality we had prior to F2P alone.
