US. Boston I think.
All the servers are in the same place (except the Russian version of the game!).
There used to be a separate European version run by Codemasters, and Laurelin is one of the ex-Eu servers. Technically we're all the same now, but actually there are databases differences/issues that mean a character on an ex-US server can't move to an ex-EU server & vice versa. You won't see any difference in playing though; we all have the same client.

Well, except that we have more lag in EU than in US.
In PVP, it's just horrible in Estel. Severals playfield are bannished because we lag too much and :
1 > We can't play
2 > WL bugs and have a 20 minutes relog
3 > Every Thursday, we have to do ToO T2 with 0.1/0.2 loss... that's our T3 of ToO in fact :P
As a side note, you forget to say that we can't copy our character to Bullroer because Bull is a US server too (so sad )
