Ok, so i looked everywhere, all I could find on the Agile Rejoinder heal was the legacy. No "Improved Agile Rejoinder", no trait for it. So my question is - is it the legacy itself that grants the heal to Agile Rejoinder? It says it increases the chance of the heal, but is it what makes it possible in the first place as well? Help a noob out.
Don't worry about putting it on your main LI.
Put it on a swappy with all the other healing type legacies and put incoming-healing relics on it.
That way when you use the skills, you get a little extra boost in morale/power.

How would you have the time to swap out an LI for just 1 skill?
btw if you max that legacy out the chance becomes 100%.
For me its one of the musthave legacies on a melee weapon
Conversely, I think it's largely worthless at level 75. If I HAD to have a melee leg, it'd be SS Parry and Evade. Precision crit multi, IC power restore, BN cooldown, NH duration and +AOE are all far more important.
