Thread: Novice Trait

In order to purchase the riding trait, one has to have the Novice Trait. So far, all seaches here and at google tells us one receives this trait during the intoduction quests. I'm past the intro, cannot go back, and the Novice Trait does not show in my skills. Because it doesn't show, the store does not allow me to buy the Riding Trait. Am I missing something? Is there another way to gain the Novice trait? Will I ever be able to ride a horse/goat on this character?

It is the first quest after getting out of the intro. You've skipped it. Go back to your racial starting area and look around for the quest giver
