Thread: There are NO 15 min. Hope Tokens (15 min) in the store

The freebie this week is supposed to be the 15 min hope tokens, but there are none available in the store. You guys need to put the freebies on the Feature Page or something, because it is constantly a hassle to find, in the store, what we need to apply the coupon code to.

It's there under "+3 Hope Token (15 min)". I used the freebee coupon yesterday.

There must be a level restriction on buying them.

When I logged in with my lv 64 Burglar, it was not listed.

When I logged in with my lv 21 Warden, it was listed.

It is misleading.

Can't find anything on characters over 50. I see the +5 hope only comes in 30minute bursts, with minimum level 51.

Would have been helpful for it to say " Only Characters below 50 can recieve the free store item this week "

Yeah you guys must be right.

I also couldn't locate the hope tokens in the store and it never occured to me that they would be level restricted.

My Warden is lvl 51 so i guess lvl 50 could be the max.

If Turbine are gonna provide samples such as this then they should also do one for the higher lvl players as well or at least state the restrictions clearly in the ad.

It's no great loss this week anyway plus i could give it to my alt who's missed out on a little love and tenderness lately!

The 15min versions of the Hope tokens are restricted to level 50 and below. Anyone over level 50 would only see a version of the +5 hope token.

We've updated the coupon. A single +5 hope token can be used with the coupon as expected, even though it's a 30min version.

Hope this helps the 51-75 players get something useful.
