Which Raid is the best to get a [Symbol of the Elder King]?
I am brand new to raiding, a level 67 guardian, and i want to craft my first First-Age LI weapon. So which raid is best to get this item, and any tips for my first raid?

You'll need to run the Ost Dunoth raids to receive a Symbol of the Elder King. Complete it at Tier 2 and to improve the odds of getting one also complete the challenge. Should not be too tough if you find people that know the raid well, have a god leader, and who have accomplished it before.

Okay thanks, i dont have that raid though...do i need to complete a quest or something?

First - are you VIP or did you buy the quest/instance pack to make sure you can access them.
Second I think all you need to do is find the location with your character. It is in Endewaith along the Lich Bluffs Lich Bluffs Ost Dunhoth 75.2S 19.7W
I hope you can find a good group to run them with. They are really good raids IMO. Disease wing was the easiest wing when we were doing it at 65 - I would assume that remains the case.

Required to enter Ost Dunhoth:
1. Being Current VIP or owning Enedwaith quest pack.
2. Being level 65+.
3. Having completed the discovery deed at the coordinates listed above.
Required to successfully complete Ost Dunhoth:
1. Having a good group of 12 good players. It would really help if most of them were well-geared Level 75, that makes fights intended for L65 much easier.
2. Having a good leader, who can explain each fight and direct people to do what need to.
3. Being prepared to spend at least 3 hours for a full run up until last boss.
Required to win a symbol of the Elder King:
1. Aim for the T2 challenges. Tier 1 has a low chance of dropping a symbol, T2 chance is higher, T2 challenge is guaranteed. There are 6 wings - each challenge done gives you a guaranteed symbol with a hight chance of getting a second one in T2 chest.
2. Winning a roll against up to 11 other players.
Good luck and have fun! Ost Dunhoth is really my favorite raid in the game and with mostly 75 group it is much less stressful than it used to be.

Disease wing HM (with the two trees) was nearly trivial at L65, if you're looking for an easy run. The other wings will probably still pose a challenge at 67.

Or complete the quest "Auction House", or ask around.
I have a couple in my shared-storage and I know my kin has about a dozen in storage for people with alts. We've been blowing through OD weekly just to help some "deed-completionists". Specifically the deed that has you kill Ivar 24 different ways.
That said, at 67, you're within 2 levels or so of replacing even the most uber-level 65 First Age with a run-of-the-mill level 69 or 70 third age. It could be argued that a first-age level 65 belt is still serviceable well into the 70's. But you simply won't be able to get the critical threat-generation legacy up to anywhere near the levels of even a level 75 second-age, or slot the top crafted relics.
As for a first-raid, to get tanking experience? Getting groups for lower level raids is always going to be tough, even if in a large kin. Some will undoubtedly disagree, but I'd suggest not worrying about the raiding until 75, then cut your teeth with some Foundry runs, skirm raids, Fornost, etc.
