Hello, I have a question about boku mobile payment system, I used to buy 110tp by 11.20bsf (I'm from Venezuela) but now tells me that the minimum purchase is 490tp by 33.60bfs and when I try to buy 490tp tells me that my operator can not handle that payment. but yesterday I recharge using purchasing 1.100tp, with 110tp for 11.20bfs.
I suspect that not many people use the text message payment method. You're probably going to have to ask Boku as it is them you are dealing with rather than Turbine. I think that Boku is acting as a reseller of TPs rather than you buying then directly from Turbine.
You could try contacting Account Support through the Support tab at the top of the page. You probably won't get an answer through the community forums.
Last time Turbine responded, they said they didn't have anything to do Boku directly Turbine is aware of who Boku works. The Turbine Points are being sold by PlaySpan the company that operates the Lotro Store. Boku is one of the payment methods that PlaySpan accepts. Plus you can buy the points directly from Boku.
This arrangement where the Lotro Store is run by PlaySpan. Your Tubine Points are held in your PlaySpan account associated with your Lotro account. All buys of Turbine Points are from someone other than Turbine. You buy them as Point cards from companies like Game Stop. You buy them online from Digital River that operates the Turbine web store - fortunately Turbine does all the customer support. You buy them from the web interface in game directly from PlaySpan. Or whatever. Leads to some difficulties in resolving issues because there is no one single place to go to FIX IT.
IMHO - You are going to need to talk to Boku. See what they say.
