This may just be me personally, but I love instances where you can solo and get the IG buff. I feel like they are a lot more fun than the very common solo instances we saw in Book 5 so much.
If the RoR expansion follows lore, there should be quite few chances for the Devs to drop in some big baddies. Fighting in parts of the Great River, I know we have plenty now, but I believe including IG into the Epic in book 6 and so forth will prove fruitful.
Thoughts?

perhaps if it was balanced, unlike the book I quests that IG was added to, though why would you design an instance to need IG? Seems like intentionally poor design.
You get that buff because it was added to the game, not because it was created with the buff. They added it so otherwise fellowship quests could be done by a single player for those (the majority of players) who choose to mostly solo, can do so. In this regard it would be pointless to develop the game like that, instead of just making it solo to begin with.
For the record, I hate that buff, it puts you in minstrel-mode (god-mode) and makes it super easy. Generally speaking, super easy = super boring, i'd rather just to not have to kill the easy to kill things.

I laugh every time I see the quest note "You will be given a buff if you wish to play this instance solo, but the challenge will be great." Apparently having your morale occasionally drop below 90% is considered challenging by Turbine.
Its doughtful that they will make any new instances that need inspired greatness. It was added so you could solo the book group quests later in the game when the new players on some servers had reduced to the point were it was almost imposible to get a group to complete the book group quests.
I really miss the old way the book quests were done. It got random people together to group at an early level and being a healer it was both a great way to practice group skills and meet new players. Now there is so little group content that players do as they level up that most new players dont learn grouping skills until they hit around lvl 70 and then its just skirmishes which dont require a lot of coordination. The troll cave quests in Trollshaws are some of my favorite quests in the game and it saddens me that I dont really get to do them any more because of IG.

Really depends on your class. I've seen some classes struggle with what mind considers a walk in the park. At the same time, I've struggled with some things that others have found ludicrously easy.
In pursuit of knowledge, for knowledge is power....
You're falling victim to the DBZ fallacy....just because your power level is over 9000 doesnt mean you're actually that powerful, when all the enemies have power levels of 9000 too...
IG vs Elites and Rare Elites is the same as non-IG vs Normal and Sig, for most intents and purposes, the only difference is everything is multiplied by 10.
