    Slightly Noobish question regarding the site

    How and when do you give people rep on this site? I see people posting +rep to you, but is that all?

    Akkhal: [Rank 4 Warleader] Mozkhal: [Rank 4 reaver]
    And a bunch more... On gladden of course

    There is a little star and the word Reputation below each post. Click on that and it will let you add in reputation for that particular post.
