    Lottery of the Second Age (70)

    I was surprised to see the 'character_class' Lottery of the Second Age (70). Great addition, it's always nice to be able to win some IXP and relics. Better yet a lvl 70 second age LI is something you'd be hard pressed to find in-game, if it is even a possible drop at all. So that's certainly a unique and awesome prize to win.

    I agree, and I was happy to see one for level 50 as well. It's a great lottery idea. Though I was sort of hoping nobody else would notice, so I might have an actual chance at winning.

    It looked distinctly like a L75 LI. The L70 was just the min level for entry.

    Yep, mousing over the item tells you it's a lvl 65 2nd ager, 75 2nd ager, and presumably a 56 2nd ager (not got toon in that one)

    There are 3 groups of lotteries.

    50 (level 50-59) level 55 2nd age
    60 (level 60-69) level 65 2nd age
    70 (level 70-75) level 75 second age

    One click off of 74.... If I did win I would be 75 in a day I have the mats for my weapon but always wondered how I would get them for my belt because I'm running solo most of the time because I'm on when most of my kin is not on.
