Thema: stuck at WB screen

This is really annoying, trying to log into the game and I can't even get to the loading screen.
I'm sitting at various stages in the logo screen: partial WB, full WB, if I'm lucky it will get to the Turbine logo.

Anyone know whats going on or how to fix this?

I am having the same issues, I've gotten as far as selecting my character to enter the world, but it crashes everytime.

A kinmate of mine was having the same issues, i kept seeing his name go online and offline all the time. He then sent me a tell on an alt and said that one came in fine. He then tried again on his main toon and it kept giving him the same issues. Have you guys been able to get back in? Or do you know who can be contacted to fix the issue?

I was having the same problem.. and i got it... i have the palantir pluging and when i disable it for the character that wasent working it load... i hope it help every one.. cya around

That couldn't be it. I don't have the Palantir plugin.

I do have buffbars though, perhaps the same issue?

The real problem is I can't get to the character selection screen though, so I can't even disable plugins.

Open up "The Lord of the Rings Online" folder found in your "Documents"/"My Documents" folder and in there right-click on the "PluginData" folder and rename it to PluginDataOLD or similar.

Renamed plugin folder.

Took three attempts to get past the logo screen today (5/21).
Still getting stuck at WB/Turbine logos.

Still looking for a solution to this problem.
