3 Silences isn't accurate. 1 is crit gated. It lasts all of 3s if it procs. The other gets resisted 50%+ of the time. Howl from the Shadow is good, too bad it is on a 5m CD. And even if you do silence the RK, so what? They can still use plenty of core skills.

Its still 3 silences at their disposal and if there are multiple wargs and there isn't a silence kept on the RK at all times even if one misses, then those wargs need to learn. Throat rip resists 50+% of the time? Hmm must have been a change because I never had that issue that much before. Yes it resisted but not 50% of time. Maybe its bugged..You silence the RK and unless CV is up for quick healing, they only have MV and Prelude up (and neutral attunement skills). If they are being focus fired, those two heals aren't gonna save them or anyone else if a silence is kept up.

I'm not saying that RKs aren't powerful, I'm just saying that it is possible to impact their ability to heal specially in fights where there are multiple wargs present. There are too many people out there that just spam skills rather than learning what skills to use when.
