    Less content than previous expansions?

I loved Moria and all the content we got there. It really felt like an expansion. New classes, LL system, traits-lines, alot of instances, amazing places and so on.

But Mirkwood and RoI didn't felt like expansions, more like updates. Especially Isengard. Just 10 new lvls, and not enough quests to even get to the cap. And when you reached the cap, what do do? (owell farming old instances, skirmishes) Couple of months later, we got some fresh, new instances and a decent raid.

I know that we'll get mounted-combat in RoR. But do you think that's it? Except quests that gets us to 85.
Or will we get alot of new stuffs as moria gave us? If we gets less content for each expansion.

This game will.. Atleast for me.. Die.

While the majority of players are satisfied with these repetitive goal/gear/stat-increase oriented additions, devs just don't feel the need to create truly new, remarkable and unique new features and overall experience, similar to what they had released at the first 1,5 year of the game.

Sadly, until both sides take radical steps towards requiring and providing other kind of content from what we get nowadays, the rest of the players will just have to bear with the game like it is now... or...

Well said. Repetitive contents (like the Heroes of Limlight Gorge) is just extremely dumb in my opinion.

Just call it a bottle-neck where you get frustrated enough to purchase the (oh so convenient) reputation accelerators from the store.

Nobody bothers to read stuff by Turbine do they? It has been stated that Rohan will be approx twice the size of Moria's landscape, leading the way for a whole bunch of content and story. RoR has been in development since around Mirkwood, the IP for the Rohan website has been taken even before that.

Planning and pre-production you can bet has been going on for a while. So to discount RoR before it's even released is a complete waste of time. If you THINK it's going to bomb, then leave. If you want to wait and find out then stay and stop whining about how you KNOW it's going to bomb.

Ok, I will explain. Enedwaith, RoI, Shores and Rohan with mounted combat. Was planned as one big Riders of Rohan expansion in 2009 after Moria.

All those parts are now released individualy, Dragged over a period of 2 or more years. Becasue of F2P. We dont get the one big expansion but F2P and everything that was ment as an upgrade to the game sold in individual pieces like the barter wallet or a new skirmish here and there.

So in oppostion to your assumption, nothing new is developed anymore since F2P. everything we got and will get is already done, or half finished. They are talking about HelmsDeep since Mirkwood I think. And they will use this as a bait to keep your interest even after RoR will be released.

Maybe you are to young. Or just not interested in that kind of happenings. But if you cant recognize the plot they are executing behind the scenes, you remain very vulnarable and prone to manipulation.

I don't appreciate being treated as an idiotic child. How about we keep this thing non-personal?

But it has been stated AFTER RoI that Rohan will have twice the landmass of Moria. Until I see Rohan for myself I won't be told otherwise unless by Turbine.

In all honesty, how can Isengard not have been an ex-pac? It provided 10 levels of content, quite a fair amount. Beautifully crafted landscapes and to most people who play the game, an epic continuation of Vol III.

Mirkwood and Isengard, hardly felt like 'updates'. Does an expansion have to bring a new system to the table? No. An expansion simply means an expansion of the game world, the story. MoM did this, as did SoM and RoI, albeit in smaller ways but it still expanded the world.

Rohan being larger than Isengard and Mirkwood anyway, will have more landmass regardless. Or have you not seen the maps or read the books? Rohan is much larger than both previously mentioned regions.

Where the hell did you get that info? It's a deliberate trolling if I ever saw one.

    pardon me
but you are allowed to get a bit personal at me as well ^^

Theres a thin line between getting informed and getting manipulated.

And theres no reason to not be carefuel when letting others (companys) play with my expectations.

Its called putting 2 and 2 together.
Just comparing there vison oh the game then (Steffel)
    and now (Prize).

And adding something to a controverse isnt trolling at all.

Putting 2 and 2 together, can end up differently for different people. What may be 2 and 2 for you, might not be 2 and 2 for somebody else.

In what way is the information you posted informative or not trolling.

I would very much like to keep the personal side of things to a minimum as I won't resort to such childish, pointless name calling.
