I was wondering if there's anyone on the server who would be able to make me a stylised banner for my Laurelin Archives Profile. If I supplied the pictures and the general layout/style, would anyone be able to make one for me?
Or, if you know of it, recommend a free picture editing software I could use?
For an easy and free editing picture software, Paint.net is excellent.
