I've heard a few people mention this, and it has left me rather confused...I have a lvl75 RK, I slot PI, and as far as I know, the RK has no crit chains. Have I completely missed something?

Perfect Imagery gives you 15s of +30% crit chance. Basically means you should have a 50+% chance of critting over that time period. It generally results in pretty sick bursts of damage.
