Didn't receive your VIP Points this week?
Hey all,
It has recently come to our attention that a large number of VIP subscribers who were due 500 VIP Points between 5-5-12 and 5-9-12 did not receive them. We are aware of the issue, and currently starting a fix that will get the points granted to all players who did not receive them. Some players should start receiving points today. All players affected should have their 500 VIP Points by the end of the day on Tuesday (5-15-12).
I will post here again when the fix is complete. There is no need to contact Support about this, as all players affected will get the points in the fix.

All players who did not receive their 500 VIP Points between 5/5 and 5/9 should now have them. If you were affected by this issue, and still do not have your points, please contact Account Support via the information in my signature.
