Unless I'm mistaken, all the music (as well as all the sound effects, NPC dialog, videos, graphics, etc.) are stored in huge .dat files in the Lord of the Rings Online folder in Program Files. Even if you could dig them out, they'd be in a proprietary format that only the LotRO client can read. There are no official mp3 files to my knowledge, so don't even try Googling lotro music mp3
The files can be downloaded from fileplanet. I guess a while ago they were freely distributed. I've never gotten a clear answer on whether their policy changed at some point, but there the files still are. Personally I enjoy Chance Thomas's music and am looking forward to hearing more of it with the Rohan expansion.
Hi there are 2 soundtracks of the game that came out but it was only available if you bought the Collector's Edition of Mines of Moria and/or Collector's Edition Shadow of Angmar. It would be cool if they release another album for the new expansion for the Riders of Rohan.
