No, I just complain it here, because I though that this Forum is for it and then I don't need a Ticket. For what they have this Forum, when I also need to open a ticket?
If you recognise a bug use /bug to report it. This will be the fastest and easiest way to get sure that the people get the needed information who are trying to fix the bugs.
I use the forum to get further information about testing problems in the game and discuss about the development of the game.
Many users in the forum have a lot more experience on testing skills or evaluating problems in beta test than me and so I often obtained help here.

Please file a /bug on this problem! A big part of Bullroarer is filing bugs when you find a problem so that we can see it gets investigated and fixed. If you don't file a bug, we may not notice there is an issue. Even with issues that seem obvious or like someone else would have bugged them, it's best to just file the bug to make sure we know about it.
The forum is a great place to discuss what you're seeing and how you feel about what you're seeing. It's ok to mention bugs so long as you also use /bug!

lol.. German translation & bug fixes?
With each update I have created bugs (not on BR) regarding the German translation. And nothing has happened. (<- google translator)
I was only in Bree for now. The new turtle quests and the doors look fine.
Will go to Moria later.

Can you give a general rule on bug reports with long standing issues? There are some translation (or may be programming) problems since the release of Isengard. (minstrel's and champion's skill tooltips, the old map of Bree, relic and forgemasters in the dunland region.)
Is there one bug report enough, or should we file a new one after each update/patch when it is not fixed yet?

Since the start of Isengard I write bug reports for the DE-Client on the live servers and the test server because of misnamed relicmaster (Reliktmeister) / forgemasters (Schmiedemeister) in dunland (the two names were often confused., in The Great River are all forgemaster (Schmiedemeister) called relictmaster (Reliktmeister)). Not one of them has been corrected in more than 6 months. The same goes for the wrong tooltip of skills, traits and legendary attributes from ministrels and champions.
I'm doing something wrong here or are the bug reports get not to the the right person?
I am hearing about translation issues from biggining. If one player can fix it, why whole bunch of coders can't? I am not German, but I am Europen, and that's one of the reason Europens sometime feel here as "worse kind of players".
Are there any new information about why the translations are not correct since more than half a year?
If the bugs collected by us wrong?

Takes a bit???? This must be a GIGANTIC bit, because all german and french speaking players are waiting now since more than six (6)!! months for a translation of the minsterl skills (90% of them is still PRE Isengard!) and some of the captain and champion skills.
