Thread: Gladden 1v1s

This is to no one in particular, I just feel as though it's relevant.

Also, I like how my sig still states that I have 0 in Tinkering even though I finished the final tier months ago. So really, the picture could apply to Turbine.

I know this ain't the grats thread but, nice fights all at gta tonight. I'm always up for 1v1s when ever possible.

i dont see why they made hunters and ba's able to move while DPSing. I also dont see why they ever brought wardens and RKs around. Plus i dont see how you all have so much time to post on a mmo forum. Dont you work? Then again im at work right now posting this... I have lost my sense of reality.

To get this thread back on track....

It's hard to find people to 1v1 me actually. Minstrels are overpowered, yes... so I'll just give props to Deregorn/Kratlerr for being the best most challenging 1v1 to date. We're talking, we both blew cd's, pots, etc.... epic wins to him, beat me by like 700hps. DAMN YOU RNG!!! Good times.

Creeps id like to 1v1!:
Lugsteal: because he is awesome
Tingur: because he is still the best 1v1 BA I have fought
Cyclic: because he used dying rage in our last 1v1 (ended in a draw though!)
Urgbuz: because I love to fight good wl's!
Barrushknakh: because we haven't had a proper 1v1 yet without interruptions.

I don't believe he is. I think he deleted his own posts. Had it been "the man" coming down, all posts w/ quoted text would have been deleted also.

Ah, fair enough. Still new the forums, and don't think I've seen someone modded here before.

If a warden wants to trait blue and selfheal spam in determination and pop defiant challenge, then yeah probably impossible unless you're a defiler with p2w-traited flies. I kind of consider that trolling though lol. If they don't selfheal then I wouldn't call it impossible. You might need to be a little lucky in the crit department and them a little unlucky or they fumble a gambit or two though. I'm not the best warden around, but I think I do at least meet the qualifier of "know what they are doing" and I certainly don't win every 1v1 I fight.

Try some creative kiting. I found Deathfromtheskies a really tough fight in the handful of times we've fought, and he beat or tied (mutual kill) me by skirting the edges of the zone that is too close for most assailment gambits (there's a minimum range) but not quite in melee range. If you keep the warden slowed so they can't quite close to melee or pull away enough for proper range you might have a good chance. It's not a really popular class and even fewer of the ones who play on the moors solo or 1v1 much so you probably just need some practice developing a strategy.

I've been looking around at GTA lately on creepside but I haven't seen many people there only once a while
