Buff every creeps damage and mitigations
Listen to their customers
Read the forums
Reduced PvE in a PvP zone
Remove the rating system
And I still would go to GW2.

Would you be mad if I made a suggestion here instead?
If I could have one thing changed it would be to implement pvp only freeps that advance through ranking/store like creeps do. This would be the first step in balancing since both sides won't need to lvl/gear grind with each expansion/update. This allows pvmp to not be bogged down by pve. PvE freeps incentive would be to give them what they've always wanted, outfits in the moors. These would need to be class specific so that light armored freeps don't resemble heavy armored freeps. All of this would be available on the store thus making this a viable suggestion. However, does the gain outweigh the work? I don't know, not to mention it's a headache just thinking on where to start with this direction since creeps are a simplified version of freeps. Creeps need to be based off of freeps not npcs with band-aids.
